I can't see a project when tracking time
People only see active projects they're assigned to. A missing project is usually not assigned to you, archived, or has no tasks for you.

Why a project is missing
- You're not on its team. Projects only appear for the people ticked under Team in the project.
- It's archived. Archived projects can't take new time.
- A task is missing: the task isn't ticked under the project's Tasks.
Fix it (admins and managers)
Step 1: Go to Projects and open the project (look under Archived if it's not in the list; click Restore if needed).
Step 2: Click Edit.
Step 3: Under Team, tick the person. Under Tasks, tick the tasks they need.
Step 4: Click Save project. The person reloads the Time page and sees it.
Members can't change assignments: ask a manager or admin, and share this article.
Someone who just joined sees nothing
If they joined with a different email than their Harvest profile, they're a new person with no assignments. Assign them to the projects, or write to us to link their Harvest history.
