How long does moving from Harvest take?
A few minutes for most teams. You create a token in Harvest, check what we found, and we bring everything across in the background. Bigger accounts take longer; we email you when it's done.
Will my history really all come across?
Yes: everything Harvest's API makes available for your account, including every time entry from your first day, every invoice and payment, archived projects and people who've left. When it finishes we compare the totals with Harvest and show you the result.
What happens after the 30 days?
Nothing, unless you decide to continue. There's no card to enter at the start. If you stay, you choose the plan and your price is locked from then on.
Do I need to talk to anyone to get started?
No. Everything is self-serve. If you have a question, email us and we aim to reply within 2 business days.
Is anything missing?
Resource scheduling and app-store apps aren't here yet; LockedHours installs from the browser on computers and phones, and timers keep working offline. We list what's coming on the import page so there are no surprises.
