Roles and permissions: admin, manager and member

Every person on a LockedHours account has one of three roles. This is exactly what each one can see and do.

Who can do this: Everyone on the teamUpdated · 2 min read

You choose a person's role when you invite them. The Access column on the Team page shows each person's role.

Project managers

Separately from the role, anyone assigned to a project can be ticked as Project manager in the project's Team section. Project managers get the budget alert emails for that project, along with every admin. It doesn't give them any extra access.

People without an account

People imported from Harvest who haven't joined yet show No account yet in the Access column. Their time is kept, they appear in reports, and they don't count as seats until they accept an invitation.
